Lee Li is currently serving as a Tourism Planning Advisor to a Planning Consultancy Company and teaches part-time at Republic Polytechnic and SMF Institute of Higher Learning. Lee Li previously lectured at Nanyang Polytechnic's School of Business Management for seven years. She was also a trainer for NTUC Club and STB's customised training programmes as well as MFA's sponsored programme for overseas participants.
Lee Li used to head Science Centre Singapore's Public Relations and Marketing and Visitor Services departments. In addition, she was the Quality Service Manager.
Lee Li obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in General Sociology with a minor in Leisure Science from Oklahoma State University, USA. She was awarded the O.D. Duncan Scholarship for Outstanding Undergraduate Student in Sociology and graduated top of her class as a Dean’s Scholar. She obtained her Masters of Science Degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism from Virginia Commonwealth University, USA and graduated top of her class as a Dean’s Scholar.
